This board meets on an as-needed basis.

• Applicants who have been denied a Building Permit by the Code Enforcement Officer may be referred to the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA).

• Building projects that do not meet the "Area" or "Use" requirements of the overlying Zoning Classification are eligible for this referral.

• Upon notification of a Permit denial, the Code Enforcement Officer can provide further information, including an application for review by the ZBA.

• Once the ZBA completes its review, they will schedule a Public Hearing and render a decision.
